Leo is a Deloitte award winning and Forbes published digital business builder with over a decade of success working with market-leading brands. From the age of 14, Leo started working in Retail and Hospitality, where his customer-centric focus was formed. He has a voracious passion for building both agency-side and client-side businesses. As a digital strategist and sales leader, he loves the transparent nature of eCommerce marketing and its ability to transform profitability by activating dormant revenue channels in the right sequence.

Dimitri brings over 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses across retail, ecommerce and consumer brands. He has held senior marketing, operations and digital leadership roles with Retail Apparel Group, Specialty Fashion Group and Glue Store, and has founded and successfully exited two businesses. As former CEO of Glow Dreaming, he combined commercial leadership with entrepreneurial execution. With early career experience at Qantas and Telstra, he brings a strong customer and strategy focus. At Dolphin Digital, Dimitri helps clients turn commercial goals into measurable performance outcomes across marketing, ecommerce, CRM and customer experience.

As Operations Manager at Dolphin Digital, Julia works closely alongside the founder from the Sunshine Coast office, overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep the agency running smoothly. With a focus on marketing, accounting, and operational efficiency, she drives internal alignment so the team can deliver outstanding results for clients. Her cross-functional oversight and attention to detail help create a seamless experience for both the team and the brands they support.
